Located in Springfield, Missouri, the former Heer’s Department Store Building is 100,000 SF mixed-use, adaptive reuse project consisting of 89 units of market-rate units and 14,000 SF commercial space. Financing included historic tax credits, Chapter 353 property tax abatement and a small business development loan. Mercier Street served as a development consultant and project manager for the public entitlements.
